Here is an example:
$50,000 general corporate donation = $50,000 (no tax deduction)
$65,000 tax deductible donation = $50,000* (with 30% tax deduction)
Tax deductible donations are not sponsorships however donors can be recognized in a variety of ways including:
- Money can’t buy experiences
- Inner Sanctum access to A4K
- Recognition in newsletters, media and at events
- Naming of programs, property or equipment
- Invitations or access to VIP Events
- Involvement experiencing the outcomes of the program first hand

Workplace Giving enables employees of your organisation to directly support A4K doing good through automated payroll deductions. It’s incredibly simple, tax-efficient and cost-effective. It offers employees an immediate tax deduction without the need to keep receipts for tax purposes, and low administration costs ensures that the money donated can be used where it is needed most.

Workplace Giving via your payroll system in 10 easy steps.
- ASF provides your organisation with the ASF Donations Bank Account details.
- Your organisation sets the ASF up as a vendor in its payroll system
- ASF provides your organisation with a Workplace Giving Donation form for the A4K project.
- Your organisation’s employees complete the WGD form online or in hard copy, and return to your organisation’s payroll.
- Your organisation’s payroll then keys in the relevant deductions based on the completed forms.
- Your organisation’s employee automatic deductions occurs each pay period.
- Your organisation’s payroll transfers the funds to ASF monthly with the A4K project reference # on the transfer.
- ASF acknowledges the contribution and receipt the funds.
- ASF then transfers the funds to A4K account.
- A4K assists Queensland families doing it tough.
